Link to USDA Annual Report website now available on the OLAW website

In response to the 21^st Century Cures Act, in 2020, OLAW and the USDA collaborated to harmonize the reporting schedule for Annual Reports for each respective agency.

To further increase the efficiency of the submission process, both agencies are also hosting a link to the other’s Annual Report page. You can now find a link to the USDA Research Facility Annual Report on the OLAW Annual Report website.

In the future, if OLAW moves to online submission of Annual Reports through a portal, the USDA and OLAW will explore the development of a shared portal, as committed to in the final report.
