NIH Guide Notice NOT-OD-25-003 has been published, which provides an additional reminder that Domestic Annual Reports for the reporting period of October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, are due to OLAW by December 1, 2024 for domestic institutions with an approved Domestic Animal Welfare Assurance.
